With John and Jeff. Jeff was having a rough day, so I kept the pace under control. Then picked it up for ~5 at ~marathon pace. Alright workout except Beacon St is always crowded. Felt like I hit a wall after the tempo, I was definitely tired. Tried to mentally focus on maintaining hip extension and trying to not collapse my form. I think that helped a bit late in the run, and that's the time that I need to focus on it.
