Notes
Legs were sore, shoulders were sore, I had a really good run yesterday, very pleased with how I raced, I put myself out there, competed well, and didn't leave anything off the course. The 6 miles on the treadmill started 8:00 pace, and accelerated to 7:24 pace over 2.5 miles, after 6 I stopped and did my stretching routine, and then while I was running on the track, the softball team was playing some music, so I grooved into that, and was actually feeling pretty good for those 3 miles. Also was joking around with some of the guys working out on the side which lightened the mood a bunch.
