first workout back. Aerobically, I felt really tired after each rep, sucking wind, I think that's due to the time off and a minor head cold I've been dealing with the past weeks, but my legs felt strong, like they knew the pace (almost like a threshold feeling, but obviously this pace is a bit quicker). I think it's a good sign that my legs were comfortable moving this quickly through the wind, with tights on this early in the season.
