Mass Ave Hills, good workout, happy with how this went. Came into this workout a bit dehydrated and with a Five Guys Burger in my stomach, but this workout was just about where I thought I was. I would have liked more consistent rest intervals, but there's always room for that next week. Also, I think there are days to run pace and consistently to the letter, and then there are others where it's ok to be more erratic/play around more within the workout.
Thoughts on the run:
5 guys was a bad choice before a workout,
Someday, I should have a kid named Jack Daniels Burger, he'll be really good at something, whether it's booze, bbq, or running, and then he can go by DaBurger.
