23 straight days of training, 232 "miles" (if I count the aqua jog day last week as a 10 miler), and I just felt tired all day walking around with the temperature in the teens. Of course tomorrow will be colder, but it was either today or Thursday I was going to take a day off. This was all part of the plan, the goal is that today off and Thursday/Friday short will leave my legs fresh for Saturday so I can throw down a fast 5k, and give me some confidence going into outdoor.
