Ran the warmup with the club, then kept adding on to get ~4/30:00. Rolled my left ankle in a whole in the ground near the beginning, so that might be sore for a bit, but otherwise things felt pretty good. Felt the right hamstring a bit (~2.5) but I didn't do any drills so I was starting cold... I do need to be diligent about those drills.
Felt good to run with people again.
