Notes

Run up at Seth's house, was an out and back, I planned on an 8 mile loop, but missed a turn.

I tried to negative split the back, even after going out hard and coming back was uphill, and I might have managed it.

31:30 ish/30:30 ish, but the out was a little longer (ran one more dead end)
