Rough workout, 20+mph winds, 1000s were at "5k goal" and 400s at "mile date" so they should be 3:06 and 70s, but the aforementioned wind blew that idea away, especially since I started and ended the 1000s into the wind. I gave this workout everything I had, and I'm actually pretty pleased with the effort... Need to hit some splits sometime though
