6x400, ran 4 100m strides before I started to help loosen up.

Plan was to start slow and cut down, but started quicker than I planned. Ran a slight cut down, and it felt good to run fast again. My right knee felt a little funny after the first rep, but that cleared up, I think some mechanics just needed to slot into place.

Good to be back, felt good.
