Very nice, I ran up to Whitman, did the curcuit weight workout, then came out to the turf for a barefoot run, Originally planning for a 4 mile run at 7 minute pace, I was running faster early and it felt good, But I started tightening after about 3 miles (I felt the curcuit a lot in my hamstrings/back of legs) so I decided not to risk hurting myself when my only way home was to run and practice is a week away
