Wanted to run long this morning, but I wasn't hydrated enough. Tried some water, and figured I'd try and run Clark St, and if I was feeling alright, come back and get some water and head right back for the rest. I then decided that running miles 2.5-6 in the sun, with the last mile uphill wasn't a good idea, especially because I was laboring and going pretty slow already, so I went to explore the neighborhoods up there, ran a loop, came back and was thinking about running Burncoat, but I turned onto the hill up Beverly and my legs said no. So I walked back about half a mile, then ran the last 2 downhill miles. I think I'll try and head to the Rec center and try running for a bit on the treadmills for the mileage, also might do some lifting.
