This went much better than expected. Warming up, Shaun and I were both on the fence about doing the workout because our quads were bothering us. We finished the warm up, rolled out a little bit, then gave the workout a shot. I had decided to wear full tights to give my legs a bit of support, and I think that definitely helped me in this workout. Shaun also had a good one.
This is why we run together, neither of us would have gotten this done alone.
