In lane 3 since they put up the gates again, 3 of us had new bright yellow Kinvaras today which was funny.

As far as I can tell, these reps are ~12s longer than k's.

Faster/longer workout than last week, I should probably do this again next week and not dig such a deep hole on the last one.
