Wonderful run in the rain, got into work around 7:00 AM, and was out by 4:30 (1:30 commute! [instead of 2 hours]) went and got my XC physical taken care of, then told myself to go into the rain, run at least 4. I felt awesome, the rain let up a bit right as I was starting, and I trucked through this run (doesn't have quite the ring of Long Ass Fun).
