3x1000, 4x800, no one knew what they wanted to do for the workout. I didn't come with a strong plan and Titus didn't want to end with a 5k tempo, he wanted some faster work. But this turned into a solid workout. I'm happy with my fitness gains, even the 2:29 didn't feel crazy, though Greg said I was overstriding, glad I could get some honest feedback on that.
