Great workout, 1200's were prescribed at 4:15, but the 4:06 felt like tempo pace, the two 1000's felt good, and the 200s were good (I was just trying to stay controlled after the first one). Quad feels good, better during the workout when it's all warmed up. It's looking good for the 10k on Saturday, should be low wind pretty warm (~45), and legs feel good, breathing back to normal.
