goal for tomorrow:

-just go for it, if I crash and burn and run 29:30 and it feels fast because my legs are dead, so be it, then coach and I have more data to go by, But I should be able to run in the at least 27:15 range tomorrow, Get out smart (5:20-5:35) and go from there.
