dark and drizzly out, felt alright, and I thought maybe the GPS wasn't getting a good fix on satellites, but I guess it really was this slow. I figure it was better to not fight it, and see how I feel this afternoon, especially since on most of my earlier doubles, I haven't felt good the 2nd run of the day. When I got to the apartment, I worked through the stretching routine and did the toe flexes and calf raises.
