Assigned workout was 6x1200,400, with 12's at 10k, 4's at 5k, and 400m recoveries. That was a little long, so Kevin and I ran 4 sets together, and I added on a 5th 1200 at the end. Kevin and I both had really good workouts, good to get outside even with the stiff wind on the back stretch.
