Plan was to keep this more even than last Tuesday, more of a fundamental tempo than a progression run.

Bundled up enough, and kept this controlled.

Last 7 days, I've run 50 miles, with an 8x400, steady run, and fast finish long run. The numbers are almost as good as I was running last February, and my head's on straight. What if this all just works out?
