Notes

Plan was 10x300, start ~54 and work down to ~51. Warming up I wasn't so sure how this was going to go, legs were feeling tired (4th hardish day in the last 7) but I was patient with the warmup, did my drills and some strides and things loosened up. Good workout, a bit lighter on volume than I wanted but oh well.
