Notes

Didn't really want to run today, got up at 5:30 this morning, got out of bed, moved the alarm to 6:30, then slept for another hour (didn't really feel much better). This afternoon at work we went kayaking in Boston, so I didn't get back to the apartment till 7. After kayaking for 3 hours, my legs still felt ok, and so my body for once told me to run. It felt pretty good, I could have gone farther, but as I wasn't running really quickly (like MLR quickly) I figured it was better to stick to the plan and hopefully get enough sleep tonight
