Did this workout to the letter as directed... It was a good day for this style which I'm pretty sure was more about pacing than building fitness by driving to the limit. I was up till 2am working on stuff for the first time this term, Sunday night wasn't much better in the sleep department, and my car was towed this morning, so I needed something to go right. I ended up feeling good all the way through.
