SOOOOO GOOD!!! first quality workout in a long time, I started out at my 3k date pace based off of the 10:38 2-mile (80s a 400m), then on the way up the ladder, I bumped it down to 3k goal pace (75s a 400m). I finally learned how to run fast around the quad.
