Was debating between a progression run and a tempo, generally around the Saggy loop, so after I got going, I ran the warmup kind of quickish. I tripped on a sidewalk in the dark about 2 miles in, so I decided to just run a workout on the track, which turned into a good cut down tempo. Around 4500m, it really started to suck, but I put down a little surge and got mentally back into the workout, then the last 800m I just flew.
