Notes

The marathoners had 6x1k @10k pace, then a 5k at half marathon pace, other road racers had 2x(2 miles @half marathon, 800m @marathon) which seemed too close to my other workout for the week. The 6x1k seemed like a good place to start, and I suggested adding 4x400 to the end. Titus, Kevin and Greg liked the idea, and Ant joined in, so we had a good group working together. Everyone got through it happy. Not too shabby for me after sitting on a plane for 5 hours and not eating anything for 8 hours before practice.

This all just might work.
