Progression down to GMP, ran GMP through the hills up to the top of Heartbreak.
Good workout! The progression was smooth, and held pace through the hills, the next 5 weeks are about lengthening that time at pace out. Felt a tweak in my right calf near the end of the tempo, and legs were tired coming down Lake St. These shoes aren't terribly kind on the feet.
