4x12, 4x8 @ 10k pace.
I didn't really read the workout very closely, so I let Kevin count the reps, and I tried just focusing on the rep at hand. It worked out well, finished the workout and ran it well.
During the warmup my right knee felt a little iffy, similar to what I felt yesterday. Keep an eye on it... once I did some drills and got ready for the workout it was fine and didn't bother me on the track.
