Down to Chestnut Hill Res, all the way down Beacon to 16, then the marathon course all the way to Kenmore Square, then back Cambridge St.

Ran steady down to 16, then tried to ratchet it down to GMP on the course, got to BC and Chestnut Hill, then ran steady again till Kenmore. When I turned back on Comm Ave, I was gassed 15 miles in. Took it easy till I got back on Washington St, then made it respectably steady till the end, and ran hard on Tremont.

Great run capping off these 4 weeks, hit lots of training milestone firsts, 80 miles in a week, 280/320 miles in 4 weeks, probably 4 straight weeks with a 17+ long run. The important part is I'm training at this volume, and am not breaking down/getting injured. In the past my foot has started bothering me at this volume, my hamstring, other stuff, but right now, everything is clicking! Just need to keep on top of the work.
