Quick hill workout, legs felt very good, but I felt like I was a little more out of control heart rate/breathing wise than I thought I would be. I think it may have been the day off and dehydration because I took a 2 hour nap today so I both didn't eat a lot of the crap I normally eat, but didn't hydrate as well as usual. One more week then its time to fly again.
