jogged to the school, did some drills, stretching, etc, mile of ins and outs, more stretching/drills, then ran home a little quickish...

I guess I'm conceding 3 miles from plan to be fresher for the race tomorrow, but I'm still at a good volume, and I probably should take a short day anyway.
