Notes
Faster than most of my long runs this summer, but that's mainly due to me not going long yesterday. I would like to keep building my long run every week, but this slight step back won't kill me. My legs were telling me they need a break soon anyway especially with the 6 strong weeks of training I've put in. The end of this week should be light, especially since I want to feel ready to go Monday at Jones Beach and see where I'm at before the season starts. I'm also backing down a little tomorrow after the 3 harder efforts this week. All in all, I'm very pleased with where I am at this point.
