and an 800 @ 6:00 pace, with an acceleration the last 200,
and 1.75 cd cooldown
Really hot outside, didn't get out for a run in the morning, so I hit the treadmill. I wanted a fartleky type workout, so I tried this 6 and 10 workout. Since I was on the treadmill, I was able to control the 600s, and keep the recovery moving. Fun workout, felt good.
