8x800, supposed to go 10k pace the first lap, 5k the second. Ran this one alone, and 80/75 was a tough way to start (I should have run 82/78's). Fought through it mentally, then ran some strides in the Piranhas to make sure they're ready to race in on Sunday.

Foot felt fine, iced it once I got home.
