Those 200's sucked a lot more than I thought they would, took me a good 3 minutes after I was done with my recovery jog to get my breathing back to normal...

Solid workout, I feel like I compete/battle better during workouts than I do during races... it's kind of a problem.

First warm workout of the season, warmed up in shorts.
