10k alternations 6x600 in 2:00/1000 in 3:45, 400 close.
Hit all the paces which is fantastic, and closed well. I did actually feel like I was recovering well through at least 4 sets, and I wasn't too far past where I'd be at the end of a standard interval workout the last 2. I was reaching a little with my form the last few at 10k pace, need to keep that under some better control but that's really nitpicking.
What if this all just works.
