Notes
Got sneaky warm out, started ~45 degrees and partly cloudy so I ran in tights and the yellow Reebok jacket, by 3 miles that was way too warm, and I didn't do a good job hydrating before this run. Decided I'd go easy, then pick it up around half way, got cruising on the way back, then when I got to Assumption I dialed it back a bit.
