Notes

The broken mile was supposed to be at 4:40 pace... yeah that didn't happen, I finally got my legs going the last 200 of the mile, then I felt pretty good for the rest of the workout. I hit paces the first set, and was 2 or 3 seconds off the second 400, so I'll take the quality of this workout. not bad for the ice on the track
