It's not every day coach uses a D-10 to determine your workout. After each interval, coach rolled the die, the number was the number of laps in the next interval, the recovery was roughly equal time, go till we reached an hour. Really fun workout with Jeff and Mike, even with the back to back 9's. The last two reps were hard, Jeff and Mike turned the tables on me there, but I still ran them where I wanted to be. After the 1400, coach rolled an 8, and we were at 56 minutes, so we called it, especially since I want to run well at An Ras Sunday.
