4 x 400/800, and a 400 tag (workout was prescribed to finish up with an 8, but I didn't know how that would end up).

Lots of recovery on this workout, but every time I've hit the track since last Tuesday, I've felt noticeably quicker.

Of course every time I hit the track, I find out another meet I was planning on racing at is canceled this season?
