Sweet workout, Coach assigned 4x1200 w/ 2:30 rest, then 4 minutes rest into a 1600. pace per lap was supposed to be between 78 and 81, I was hitting 79s for all the 1200s like clockwork, then was hitting 79s through the first 1400 of the mile, then closed in a 35 last 200.

Very satisfying workout,
