Some days you're the hammer...

Needed to run in the morning if at all today with lunch and dinner plans. Right quad was feeling pretty sore so I started slow, and decided to cut back the mileage. Decided on 3, and then rolled out/stretched afterwards. Leg felt better as the day went on, but didn't feel like running after a Minado dinner.
