Decent weather out today, and I didn't feel like driving into Boston, working out at 8, and getting back at 11, so I originally hoped to run a workout on my lunch break. But crunch time said I didn't really have that time, so I just ran after work. Didn't know what I wanted to do for the workout, so I figured I'd start with 1600 repeats at 10k/10 mile pace, and figure it out from there. Pleased with how this workout came together, good volume, good aerobic work, and touched my race pace this weekend after I was good and tired.

This workout compares pretty favorably with where I was late August, it feels good to be getting stronger.
