Notes

high quality workout, 1200's at 5k date pace, 300's were supposed to be at 5k goal pace. I probably underestimated my 5k date pace based off of how easy this workout was, so if 16:40 is too slow, I'll take a 20-30 second pr on Saturday. Then I pushed the 300's hard because I felt good, and since it was around the quad, the distance was slightly variable, and there's a slight hill towards the Bartlett Center, but the effort on the 300's kept getting higher, I was trying to put a little cutdown on it
