*shrug* it was a tempo, but my hip was bothering me before we started, and I just felt sluggish. It was more difficult because I didn't try to stick with Lane, so when I started feeling tired, I just slowed down. Not as good a workout as last week, but I put in a lot of work the past couple days, so I'm ok with that. Need to get more sleep, gonna take a nap soon I think.
