Notes
First Career 10k, was pretty cold and blustery,
good things:
-got the first one out of the way
-refocused well around 3.5-4 miles, I saw the clock, and started picking times that I wanted to finish the next lap at, that worked pretty well to keep me going in the 3rd quarter of the race.
-quad felt good
bad things:
-shoe came untied around 3 miles
-felt like I was falling asleep in mile 3, I wanted to stay relaxed, but I lost track of my pace per lap, slowed down a bunch.
