Designed to be an easy workout, Coach impressed upon us that he wanted us to stay relaxed before we started. It mentally helped to visualize the first 200 of the 5k 10 times, it kept me relaxed, and we just hit these intervals like clockwork. There was also a really big group at 5 today.
