so 2x(800m tempo, 600m mile pace, 200m recovery, 800m tempo, 600m mile pace) and 4xeinhorn hill.

The first and last 600's were good, the second was ok, the third bombed, but the hills were good. Hard workout to hit in the rain and wind, I think that this workout went well given the conditions. I feel like I definitely could run 4:30 mid during indoor with a little speed work, which would give me more confidence long term shooting for a 14:30-15:00 5k.

I think that this weekend, I'm just going to go for it. start 5:10 pace, see where that leaves me, and hold on for the ride. The first mile is fast and downhill, and I really would like to see top 4 under 27:00 this weekend.
