Notes
First workout indoors. Tom called a workout where we'd run ~6:00 pace, then surge laps, sometimes people were called out to take the lead, and just have an unpredictable workout. Since I was with Dozer and Alex, and I'm racing Saturday, I figured I'd go till I was still running well on the fast sections. Got to ~5k and that was enough (Tom's plan was 30 minutes).
Felt good, we'll see how Saturday goes.
