mile warm up, shorter than it should have been, I really rushed the preparation for the tempo, because I thought I was the last one so I wanted to get it over with. Then afterwards, I ran about 3 while Keegan ran his tempo, including a shot up the hill to get all the cones. Then we ran Saggy Balls for his cooldown. He seems like a really good kid, and he's got his head on straight, looking forward, towards the progression of the team, where we've been, where we're going. Reminds me kind of of my self last year, except he's a little more mid-distance bent.
